cs3, apo 2.08 3d, and 6 (?) hours.

edit #1-added light to the rings, and more detail to the close planet/moon thing.

edit #2-changed gas planet texture to make it match up with rings, and changed their positions a tad. also changed size and position of close moon at the bottom. the most obvious change, the nebula. ive had this one for a while, but wasnt sure about it fitting this pic. needless to say, i tried it, and liked it enough to replace the nasa neb pic.

edit #3- ring lightness and position again.

very nice one .. but i quite dont like the rings .. first of all why are black ? try too add a little texture to them .. dunno .. or remake them with some details ... and also is some issue about the blending mode of the rings ... on the upper side of the middle ring are some "blue" particles that come from nowhere and then ... no more

but overall is a nice pic .. i like the details on the moon thing

Very nic elooking pic, but yes - a space scene is much more valuable if the nebula is made from scratch, photographic ones are too obvious

I like the colour and lighting scheme and the huge sens eof scale...only the gas giant seems to be tilted much more steeply than the rings, it looks like the rings aren't going in the same rotational axis as the gas giant, but that's just me being a space nerd

very nice job, but i dont think the ring should be dark if the light source over there, and you could add more details on the planet cuz it's close
