honestly, i started this so long ago i dont remember everything i did. i do know, that it began with [link] and i did some cloud layers with different layer settings. all i did today was a little darkening, color adjustment, and composition. and any tips you have are more than greatly welcomed.
Get some images of clouds. Preferably, ones that are contrasted--> heres a link [link]
take this image, desaturate it, invert the colors (so the clouds are black and the sky is white) then hit CTRL+L to bring up the levels and play with it till you have a high contrast texture. Simply set this layer to "multiply" and drag it where you want on the nebulae. Adjust the opacity to whatever you like. Simple as that
